  CENTRAL CARBON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA...

* UNTIL 530 PM EDT

* AT 427 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN 
EXCESS   OF 60 MPH AND NICKEL SIZE HAIL.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 15 
MILES WEST OF WHITE HAVEN...  OR ABOUT 13 MILES SOUTHWEST OF 
WILKES-BARRE...AND MOVING SOUTHEAST   AT 30 MPH.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
  WHITE HAVEN AND WEATHERLY BY 450 PM...
