  CHELAN COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL WASHINGTON...

* UNTIL 700 PM PDT

* AT 553 PM PDT...A STATIONARY LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUES
  TO PRODUCE HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE HIGHER TERRAIN OF WESTERN 
  CHELAN COUNTY. LAW ENFORCEMENT HAS REPORTED WATER OVER HIGHWAY
  2 JUST EAST OF STEVENS PASS. THE THREAT OF FLASH FLOODING 
  EXISTS FOR THE VALLEYS OF WESTERN CHELAN COUNTY NEAR THE 
  CASCADES CREST.
