  THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 3 MILES NORTH OF
  BELLEVILLE...OR ABOUT 7 MILES NORTHWEST OF NEW AUGUSTA...MOVING
  NORTH AT 31 MPH.
