.DISCUSSION...DRY HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE REGION WILL RESULT IN 
RELATIVE HUMIDITIES DROPPING BELOW CRITICAL LEVELS OVER THE
NORTHWEST FLORIDA PANHANDLE TODAY.  A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM
DEVELOPING OVER THE WESTERN GULF WILL MOVE ACROSS THE NORTHERN
GULF THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND BRING WIDESPREAD RAIN AND BREEZY
CONDITIONS TO THE REGION.  THE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVES OFF INTO
THE WESTERN ATLANTIC ON THURSDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS BACK
INTO THE REGION.  AFTERNOON RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL REMAIN
ABOVE CRITICAL LEVELS WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.
