MIAMI BEACH WIND GAGE WAS ALSO REPORTING WINDS OF AROUND 25 MPH EARLY THIS MORNING. THE MIA MORNING SOUNDING WAS ALSO SHOWING WINDS OF 25 KNOTS ABOUT 700 FEET ABOVE THE SURFACE WHICH SHOULD MIX DOWN TO THE SURFACE TODAY. SO THE NORTHEAST TO EAST WINDS OF 25 MPH OR HIGHER SHOULD CONTINUE TODAY ALONG THE EAST COAST BEACHES OF SOUTH FLORIDA TODAY. THEREFORE...A WIND ADVISORY HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR THE EAST COASTAL AREAS OF SOUTH FLORIDA UNTIL 7 PM EST THIS EVENING. A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT WINDS OF 25 MPH ARE EXPECTED.
