WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 5 PM EST THIS
AFTERNOON. THE FIRE WEATHER WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT. 

DRY AIR WILL REMAIN IN PLACE THIS AFTERNOON OVER THE WESTERN
INTERIOR AND WEST COAST AREAS AS DEW POINTS CAN BE EXPECTED TO
BE IN THE UPPER 40S WITH MAXIMUM TEMPERATURES NEAR 80. THIS WILL
ALLOW RELATIVE HUMIDITIES TO FALL BELOW 35 PERCENT POSSIBLY FOR 4
HOURS OR MORE. THE 20 FOOT WINDS WILL ALSO REMAIN AROUND 15 MPH
MONDAY AFTERNOON OVER THE SAME AREA.

A RED FLAG WARNING MEANS THAT CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS
ARE EITHER OCCURRING NOW...OR WILL SHORTLY. A COMBINATION OF
MODERATELY STRONG WINDS...LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY...AND WARM
