* URBAN FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  NORTH CENTRAL MIAMI-DADE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST FLORIDA...

* UNTIL 745 PM EST

* AT 544 PM EST...FLOODING WAS REPORTED OVER THE ROADWAYS FROM 
SHOWERS PERSISTENTLY MOVING OVER THE AREA. THE ADVISORY EXTENDED 
FROM THE TAMIAMI TRAIL BETWEEN THE FLORIDA TURNPIKE WEST TO SW 137 
AVENUE NORTHWEST ACROSS THE FLORIDA TURNPIKE TO THE NW 41ST STREET 
INTERCHANGE TO JUST SOUTH OF DORAL. 

* THE SHOWERS PRODUCING THE COVERED ROADWAYS WILL REMAIN OVER THE 
AREA FOR THE NEXT HOUR OR SO WITH GUSTY WINDS TO 35 MPH. DRAINING 
MAY BE SLOW IN ALLOWING THE WATERS TO RECEDE EVEN THOUGH THE RAIN 
MAY DECREASE.  

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF URBAN
AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE
