* AT 1047 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
  INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA. DOPPLER
  RADAR ESTIMATES THAT 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS FALLEN ACROSS 
  THE WARNED AREA.
