* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN LINCOLN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI

* UNTIL 1145 AM CDT

* AT 550 AM CDT...LINCOLN COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED THAT 
  THE CORNER OF THE PIN OAK LEVEE HAS BROKEN AND FLOOD WATERS ARE 
  MOVING INTO THE FORMERLY PROTECTED AREA. IT IS UNKNOWN AT THIS 
  TIME AT WHAT RATE THE WATER IS MOVING IN AND WHAT STATE THE REST 
  OF THE LEVEE IS IN.

* WATER IS EXPECTED TO ULTIMATELY INUNDATE THE EASTERN PORTION OF 
  THE TOWN OF WINFIELD...IN ADDITION TO THE SURROUNDING RURAL AREA
  BOUNDED BY HIGHWAY 79 IN THE WEST TO THE CAP AU GRIS LEVEE 
  DISTRICT TO THE EAST...AND NEAR HIGHWAY N IN THE NORTH TO THE     
  BREVATOR LEVEE DISTRICT IN THE SOUTH.
