NEAR OR BELOW 15 PERCENT THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS SOUTHWEST
NEBRASKA. IN ADDITION...NORTHWEST WINDS CONTINUE AT 15 TO 25 WITH
FREQUENT GUSTS TO AROUND 35 MPH. CURED GRASSES THAT HAVE YET TO
GREEN WILL PROVIDE EXPLOSIVE FIRE GROWTH POTENTIAL DURING THE
AFTERNOON HOURS TODAY.
