NORTHERLY WINDS OF 15 TO 20 MPH WILL BRING DRY AIR WITH RELATIVE
HUMIDITIES BELOW 35 PERCENT ACROSS THE UPPER KEYS TODAY. THIS WILL
RESULT IN RED FLAG CONDITIONS ACROSS THE UPPER KEYS UNTIL RELATIVE
HUMIDITY LEVELS INCREASE THIS EVENING.

A RED FLAG WARNING MEANS THAT CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE
EITHER OCCURRING NOW...OR WILL SHORTLY. A COMBINATION OF STRONG
