EXPECT NORTHWEST WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH EARLY THIS MORNING. GUSTS
ABOVE 40 MPH WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE...WHICH MAY REDUCE VISIBILITIES
IN RURAL AREAS THAT HAD FRESH SNOWFALL OVERNIGHT. WIND SPEEDS
SHOULD DECREASE TOWARD MID MORNING.

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT SUSTAINED WINDS OF 30 MPH ARE
EXPECTED...WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH. WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE
DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. USE
