* AT 236 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
A TRAINING THUNDERSTORM WITH EXTREMELY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER THE
DECATUR AREA. THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE DRIFTING EAST AT 10 MPH.
