  OF SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WARNED AREA.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES ARE LIKELY IN THE WARNED
