A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT SUSTAINED WINDS OF 26 TO 39 MPH ARE EXPECTED. THESE GUSTY WINDS WILL CREATE A TRAVEL HAZARD FOR THOSE DRIVING HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES ALONG EAST-WEST ORIENTED ROADWAYS. $$
