SOUTHEASTERN ELLIS COUNTY IN CENTRAL KANSAS. NORTHERN RUSH COUNTY IN CENTRAL KANSAS. * UNTIL 545 PM CDT * THIS STORM HAS A HISTORY OF PRODUCING TORNADOES NEAR BISON. * LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE... LIEBENTHAL... LORETTA... PFEIFER... VICTORIA... WALKER... RURAL RESIDENCES OF NORTHERN RUSH AND SOUTHEASTERN ELLIS COUNTIES.
