* UNTIL 615 PM CDT

* AT 541 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 8 MILES WEST OF
  HEALY...OR 7 MILES NORTHWEST OF MANNING...MOVING EAST AT 24 MPH.
