* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
  NORTHWESTERN NESS COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL KANSAS.
  SOUTHERN TREGO COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL KANSAS.

* UNTIL 830 PM CDT

* AT 749 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 5 MILES SOUTH OF
  ARNOLD...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 43 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  ARNOLD...
  RANSOM...
  BROWNELL...
  RURAL RESIDENCES OF NORTHWESTERN NESS AND SOUTHERN TREGO COUNTIES.

WHEN A TORNADO WARNING IS ISSUED BASED ON DOPPLER RADAR...IT MEANS
THAT STRONG ROTATION HAS BEEN DETECTED IN THE STORM. A TORNADO MAY
