* AT 454 AM EST..BETWEEN 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN 
WITH UP TO AN ADDITIONAL INCH OF RAIN POSSIBLE BEFORE THE RAIN ENDS 
THIS MORNING. THIS WILL LEAD TO RAPID RISES ON CREEKS AND STREAMS 
AND FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREA.
