  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF MANSFIELD...
  SOUTHERN WAYNE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OHIO...

* UNTIL 315 PM EST

* HEAVY RAIN FROM PERSISTENT THUNDERSTORMS OVERNIGHT AND THIS 
MORNING HAS DROPPED UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN ON ALREADY SATURATED 
GROUND. THE RAIN HAS ENDED BUT FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED FROM THE 
MANSFIELD AREA EAST TO WOOSTER WITH NUMEROUS ROADS CLOSED DUE TO 
HIGH WATER. FLOODING WILL GRADUALLY SUBSIDE TOWARD NOON.
