* UNTIL 1230 PM EDT

* AT 1201 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING PENNY SIZE HAIL...AND
  DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 5 MILES
  WEST OF NATURAL BRIDGE...OR 5 MILES EAST OF FORT DRUM...AND MOVING
