* AT 655 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL.  THIS
  STORM WAS LOCATED 8 MILES SOUTHWEST OF PALMYRA...OR 8 MILES
  SOUTHEAST OF FAIRPORT...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
