NORTHWEST TEXAS PANHANDLE.

BEHIND THE COLD FRONT THAT PUSHED THROUGH EARLIER THIS MORNING WINDS
IN THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE TEXAS PANHANDLE ARE EXPECTED TO BE 30
TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS AS HIGH AS 50 MPH THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT WINDS OF 35 MPH ARE EXPECTED. WINDS
THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH
PROFILE VEHICLES. USE EXTRA CAUTION.
