* AT 430 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN 4 MILES NORTHWEST OF OKAY. THE STORM
  PRODUCING THE HEAVY RAINFALL WAS NEARLY STATIONARY. RADAR INDICATES
  THAT 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN. ANOTHER 2 TO 3 INCHES    
  WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH 830 PM CDT.

SOUTHWEST OF PEGGS TO 15 MILES SOUTH OF HULBERT.  THE STORMS
PRODUCING THE HEAVY RAINFALL WERE NEARLY STATIONARY. RADAR INDICATES 
THAT 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN. ANOTHER 2 INCHES WILL
