THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA... STORMS
WERE GENERALLY TRAINING OVER THE SAME AREA. RADAR INDICATES THAT UP
TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN. ANOTHER 2 INCHES WILL BE
