THE WINDS SHOULD BEGIN TO SUBSIDE BY THE LATE AFTERNOON HOURS...BUT WILL REMAIN GUSTY INTO THE EVENING HOURS. A WIND ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN SUSTAINED WINDS ARE FORECAST TO BE 31 TO 40 MPH. WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. USE EXTRA CAUTION.
