* AT 149 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  DEVELOPING TORNADO 6 MILES SOUTHWEST OF SAN CARLOS CHACATOS...OR
  ABOUT 7 MILES NORTHWEST OF LYNN HAVEN...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

* THE TORNADO WILL BE NEAR...
  SAN CARLOS CHACATOS AND VICKSBURG BY 200 PM CDT...
  CRYSTAL LAKE BY 210 PM CDT...
