* AT 225 AM EST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  DEVELOPING TORNADO 18 MILES SOUTHWEST OF LANARK VILLAGE...OR ABOUT
  9 MILES EAST OF APALACHICOLA...MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.
