FLASH FLOODING FROM WIDESPREAD RAINFALL OVER AREAS OF EASTERN
WASHINGTON AND WESTERN KANE COUNTIES.
* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE SLOT CANYONS...DRY WASHES... AND
SMALL STREAMS FLOWING NEAR ZION NATIONAL PARK AND DRAINAGES FEEDING
