* AT 950 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
HEAVY RAINFALL PRODUCING THUNDERSTORMS COVERING ALL OF SMITH
COUNTY. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED UP TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN MAY HAVE
FALLEN SINCE 7 AM OVER NORTHWESTERN SMITH COUNTY...WITH RAINFALL
RATES OF 1.5 INCHES NOTED. LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED THAT
COUNTY ROAD 463 WAS ALREADY IMPASSIBLE DUE TO HIGH WATER. WITH
ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS EXPECTED TO MOVE INTO AND ACROSS THE
