SUSTAINED WINDS THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON WILL REACH OR EXCEED 30 MPH WITH GUST UP TO 45 MPH POSSIBLE ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS AND EXTREME WESTERN MISSOURI.
