DAM FAILED CAUSING FLASH FLOODING DOWNSTREAM ON CROOKED CREEK.

AND ST. ALBANS.

THIS IS A TEST MESSAGE. DAM ON THE CROOKED CREEK THAT FLOWS INTO THE 
COAL RIVER HAS GIVEN WAY AND HIGH WATERS ARE NOW MOVING TOWARD 
GREENVIEW ROAD AND AREAS ALONG CROOKED CREEK. AREAS DOWNSTREAM FROM 
THE DAM ALONG THE CROOKED CREEK SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR FLOODING. 
TAKE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS IMMEDIATELY.
