ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM PDT THIS AFTERNOON. 

NORTHEAST WINDS OF 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH WILL PRODUCE
ROUGH CHOP ON PYRAMID LAKE THROUGH MID AFTERNOON. SMALL BOATS WILL
BE PRONE TO CAPSIZING AND SHOULD REMAIN OFF LAKE WATERS UNTIL
CONDITIONS IMPROVE LATER THIS AFTERNOON.
