* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CENTRAL PUEBLO COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST COLORADO...

* UNTIL 100 PM MDT...

* AT 950 AM MDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLASH
  FLOODING FROM A STORM AROUND THE INTERSTATE 25 EXIT 97. THIS 
  PORTION OF THE INTERSTATE IS CLOSED BOTH NORTH AND SOUTH BOUND.
  THE INTENSE RAINFALL HAS DIMINISHED..BUT FLOODING WILL CONTINUE
  TO OCCUR ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. 

* NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED 1 TO 2 INCHES
  OF RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. 

FLOOD WATERS ARE COLLECTING IN LOW LYING AREAS AND FLOOD PRONE
STREETS AND INTERSECTIONS.

OR BY VEHICLE. AS LITTLE AS 6 INCHES OF WATER MAY CAUSE YOU TO LOSE
CONTROL OF YOUR VEHICLE...AND 2 FEET OF RUSHING WATER CAN CARRY AWAY
MOST VEHICLES...INCLUDING SUVS AND PICKUPS. NEARLY HALF OF ALL FLOOD
FATALITIES ARE VEHICLE RELATED. BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN
IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE DANGERS OF FLOODING. MAKE THE SMART
