  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL...AND
  DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR
  KEANSBURG...OR ABOUT 8 MILES SOUTHEAST OF PERTH AMBOY...AND MOVING
