* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN WARREN COUNTY IN NORTHWEST NEW JERSEY...

* UNTIL 730 PM EDT

* AT 525 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  FLASH FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER SOUTHERN WARREN COUNTY.
  RADAR WAS ESTIMATING THAT RAIN WAS FALLING AT THE RATE OF 2 TO 3
  INCHES IN AN HOUR...AND THAT 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAD ALREADY FALLEN.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE
