ALONG THE NEW JERSEY AND DELAWARE COASTS THIS MORNING. THESE
CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF DANGEROUS RIP
CURRENTS AND WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE MORNING. A HIGH RISK FOR RIP
CURRENTS WILL BE ACROSS THE COAST THIS MORNING. AS THE WINDS
SLACKEN THIS AFTERNOON...THE RISK WILL BE REDUCED TO A MODERATE
RISK.

A HIGH RISK OF RIP CURRENTS MEANS DANGEROUS AND POTENTIALLY LIFE 
THREATENING CONDITIONS EXIST FOR ALL PEOPLE ENTERING THE SURF. 

A MODERATE RISK OF RIP CURRENTS MEANS THAT WIND AND/OR WAVE 
CONDITIONS SUPPORT AN INCREASED NUMBER AND INTENSITY OF RIP CURRENTS.
PEOPLE ARE DISCOURAGED FROM ENTERING THE SURF, ESPECIALLY ALONG 
UNGUARDED BEACHES.
