ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 3 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 10 PM

NORTHWEST WINDS 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 50 MPH WILL OCCUR THIS
AFTERNOON AND EVENING AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING WEATHER SYSTEM.
WINDS WILL THEN DECREASE TO 20 TO 30 MPH OVERNIGHT.
