* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  COSHOCTON COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO...

* UNTIL 915 AM EDT

* AT 320 AM EDT...HEAVY RAINFALL CONTINUES ACROSS THE NORTHERN
PORTIONS OF COSHOCTON COUNTY. UP TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS
FALLEN AND THE PAST THREE HOURS AND ADDITIONAL RAIN IS EXPECTED
THROUGH 6 AM. SOME CREEKS THAT MAY EXPECT RAPID STREAM RISES INCLUDE 
BIG RUN...WEST OF LAYLAND AND DOUGHTY CREEK NEAR CLARK. 

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE
UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS
SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.

NORTHERN SECTIONS OF COSHOCTON COUNTY WHERE UP TO FOUR INCHES OF 
RAIN HAS FALLEN OVERNIGHT.  ALTHOUGH HEAVY RAIN IS ENDING...STREAMS 
AND CREEKS MAY CONTINUE TO RISE FOR SEVERAL HOURS AS WATER RUNS OFF 
INTO THE STREAMS. STREAM RISES CAN BE EXPECTED ALONG BIG RUN WEST OF
LAYLAND...DOUGHTY CREEK NEAR CLARK...AND ALONG KILLBUCK CREEK FROM
LAYLAND SOUTH THROUGH BLISSFIELD.
