* AT 356 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
A   SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THE MOST 
DANGEROUS PORTION OF THE STORM WAS LOCATED 5 MILES WEST OF ARCHER 
CITY...MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH. PERSONS IN AND NEAR ARCHER CITY SHOULD
