* AT 509 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
HEAVY RAIN FROM THUNDERSTORMS OVER NASSAU COUNTY...MOVING NORTH AT 
25 MPH.

THIS STORM...ALONG WITH ADDITIONAL STORMS OVER THE WATERS MOVING 
QUICKLY NORTH...WILL PRODUCE HEAVY RAINFALL UP TO 2 TO 3 INCHES. 
EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...ROADS
