  TORNADO. THE MOST DANGEROUS PART OF THE STORM WAS 5 MILES SOUTHEAST
  OF RANDOLPH...OR ABOUT OVER CANNON FALLS...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT
  40 MPH.
