* AT 450 PM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A STORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A
  TORNADO. THE MOST DANGEROUS PART OF THE STORM WAS 9 MILES WEST OF
  MCKINLEY...OR ABOUT 6 MILES EAST OF LUCK...AND MOVING NORTHEAST    
  AT 20 MPH. SOME MINOR TREE DAMAGE HAS OCCURRED NEAR MILLTOWN.
