SIBLEY COUNTY IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA... * UNTIL 445 PM CDT * AT 311 PM CDT...RADAR DETECTED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS MUCH OF THE WARNED AREA. THE STORMS PRODUCING THE HEAVIEST RAIN WERE 4 MILES SOUTHWEST OF GAYLORD...OR ABOUT 17 MILES NORTHEAST OF NEW ULM. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING TO THE NORTH AT ABOUT 10 MPH. ESTIMATES FROM RADAR INDICATED THAT NEARLY 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN DURING THE PAST HOUR OVER THE WARNED AREA.
