* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  RENVILLE COUNTY IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA...
  SIBLEY COUNTY IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA...
  REDWOOD COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA...
  BROWN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA...
  NICOLLET COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA...

* UNTIL 530 AM CDT

* AT 234 AM CDT...RADAR DETECTED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY
  RAIN ACROSS MUCH OF THE WARNED AREA. THE STORMS PRODUCING THE
  HEAVIEST RAIN WERE 4 MILES NORTHEAST OF EVAN...OR ABOUT 18 MILES
  WEST OF NEW ULM.  THESE STORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
  ESTIMATES FROM RADAR INDICATED THAT NEARLY 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS
  FALLEN DURING THE PAST HOUR OVER THE WARNED AREA. EXPECT ADDITIONAL
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS TO PRODUCE TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE    
  WARNED AREA. AT 225 AM...LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTED SIGNIFICANT      
  STREET FLOODING IN THE CITY OF LAMBERTON.  

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT MAY BE AFFECTED INCLUDE...BIRD ISLAND...
  FAIRFAX...GIBBON...HECTOR...LAMBERTON...MORGAN AND OLIVIA.
