PANHANDLE DUE TO CRITICALLY LOW DAYTIME HUMIDITIES...

...ESCAMBIA...SANTA ROSA...OKALOOSA AND COASTAL WALTON.

.LARGE HIGH PRESSURE SETTLING IN ACROSS THE OHIO RIVER VALLEY WILL
BRING A DRIER NORTHEAST WIND FLOW TO THE REGION TODAY. A FEW BREAKS
IN THE CLOUDS ACROSS THE EASTERN PORTIONS OF THE FORECAST AREA WILL
ALLOW HIGH TEMPERATURES TO REACH NEAR 60 DEGREES. THE MILD CONDITIONS
COMBINED WITH SURFACE DEW-POINTS ALREADY IN THE MID 20S WILL BE
SUFFICIENT FOR RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES TO DROP BELOW RED FLAG
