* AT 724 AM CDT...FLASH FLOODING WAS REPORTED OVER SOUTHERN SECTIONS
  OF BALDWIN COUNTY...ESPECIALLY ALONG MANY AREA ROADWAYS. 

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO ROSINTON...
  POINT CLEAR...PARK CITY...MONTROSE...MALBIS...LOXLEY...JACKSON
  OAK...HOUSTONVILLE...FAIRHOPE...DAPHNE...BRIDGEHEAD AND BATTLES
  WHARF

DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR PRECIPITATION ESTIMATES SUGGEST THAT UP TO 2 
INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THE COASTAL SECTIONS OF BALDWIN 
COUNTY SINCE 400 AM. RAINFALL WILL BE ENDING OVER SOUTHERN BALDWIN

CROSSINGS. NEVER TRY TO CROSS A FLOWING STREAM...EVEN A SMALL 
ONE...ON FOOT. TO ESCAPE RISING WATER MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND.
