SOUTHWESTERN ESCAMBIA COUNTY IN NORTHWEST FLORIDA... SOUTHEASTERN BALDWIN COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST ALABAMA... * UNTIL 300 PM CDT * AT 1258 PM CDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLASH FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WARNED AREA...AND RADAR PRECIPITATION HAS ESTIMATED THAT 3 TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE OCCURRED DURING THE LATE MORNING AND EARLY AFTERNOON HOURS...
