  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING PENNY SIZE HAIL...AND
  DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 15
  MILES NORTHWEST OF FORT DRUM...OR ABOUT 8 MILES SOUTHWEST OF YEEHAW
  JUNCTION...AND MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
