WEATHER WATCH TO A RED FLAG WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 11
AM THIS MORNING TO 7 PM EST THIS EVENING. 

THE VERY DRY AIRMASS WILL BEGIN TO MOISTEN TODAY AS WINDS TURN
NORTHEAST AT 10 TO 15 MPH. HOWEVER...THE MOISTENING PROCESS WILL
BE SLOW. PERSISTENT LOW LEVEL DRY AIR WILL COMBINE WITH WARMER
HIGH TEMPERATURES IN THE LOWER 70S TO PRODUCE 4 TO 6 HOURS OF
CRITICAL RH VALUES BELOW 35% IN THE WARNING AREA. MINIMUM RH
VALUES ARE EXPECTED TO BE NEAR 25%.

ANY NEW OR EXISTING WILDFIRES WILL SPREAD RAPIDLY.
